- Bike or hike along the Southwestern coastline; relaxing in our hotelâ's pool or hammocks- Ride horses from 1.5 hours to all day (experienced riders only)- Visit Portugal's finest equestrian center and witness a spectacular performance by their purebred Lusitanos. 1-hour riding lessons with these fine horses are available at any experience level.-

Saturday, April 22 Arrive Lisboa 8.15 am
Bus Transfer from Lisboa to Faro in the Algarve region
Short hike along the Algarve coastline;
afternoon beach or swim in hotel pool, Almancil nightlife: top restaurants and discos in the Algarve
Overnight: dos Amigos farm, apartments, and equestrian center

Sunday, April 23 Algarve Coast Day 2
Horseriding on the farm or on trails along the coastAfternoon water sports and dinner around Vilamoura Marina
Overnight: dos Amigos farm, apartments, and equestrian center

Monday, April 24 Algarve Coast Day 3
Early morning start and all day excursion along southern coastline
Roman ruins at Cerro da Vila, hike to a waterfall, castle, sea otter colony, etc
Overnight: dos Amigos farm, apartments, and equestrian center

Tuesday, April 25 Algarve / Estremadura
Horse riding lessons, trail rides, or hiking from Quinta dos Amigos
Afternoon transfer via bus to Estremadura
Overnight: Estremadura

Wednesday, April 26 Estremadura Day 2
Visit Queluz Palace and enjoy a spectacular Lusitano equestrian performance
Afternoon at top equestrian center: Lusitano riding lessons and demonstrations

Thursday, April 27 Estremadura Day 3
Day trip to Caldas da Rainha spa town: hotsprings, markets, majolica ceramics
Afternoon visit to Berlenga Islands, amazing fortresses and rock formations
Dinner in the fishing village of Peniche
Overnight: Estremadura

Friday, April 28 Lisboa Coast
Morning transfer to Lisboa coast and breathtaking tour of Serra de Sintra
Explore the exotic gardens of Monserrate and the winding footpaths of Parque de Pena
Optional windsurfing in the afternoon
Overnight: Costa de Caparica

Saturday, April 29 Lisboa Day 2
Explore the capital of Portugal during all day: museums, parks, shopping, wine products
Evening dinner and Fado music / dance performance, nightlife
Overnight: Lisboa

Sunday, April 30 return to New York: Arrive Newark 1:25pm
8am head to the airport for 10:45 takeoff
